Ron Reich, founder of RLB Training and Development, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in leadership training and development.

Beginning his career in human resources, Mr. Reich’s propensity for leadership and mentorship was recognized early on. He was encouraged to consider shifting his focus to career training, which led to him becoming a sales trainer at Toshiba America in 1993. Mr. Reich gained further experience in designing training programs as a sales training consultant for Chubb Computer Services. In 2000, he accepted a role as a management development associate for Organon Pharmaceuticals.

During his time with Organon Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Reich invested heavily in his own professional development. When his entire training team was laid off in 2003, he embraced the opportunity to establish his company, RLB Training and Development. Through this organization, Mr. Reich collaborates with clients at companies of all sizes, providing group lessons, one-on-one coaching and other forms of training. He aids in the development of both individuals and overall company culture, ensuring that everyone shares the same goals and vision.

Before venturing onto his vocational path, Mr. Reich built a strong foundation through academia. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and management from Gettysburg College in 1982.
