Chad Bartlett is a real-world house flipper, remote investor, and founder of Flips For All Academy — a training platform built to help everyday people land their first or next flip without hype, hustle culture, or guru fluff. After growing up in Ohio, joining the Army, working 60+ hour weeks as a mechanic in Alaska, and feeling boxed into a life he didn’t choose, Chad discovered house flipping through a late-night infomercial that quietly changed everything. He began wholesaling and flipping houses remotely long before it was “normal,” locking in his first deals in Kansas City while still living in Alaska — and never looked back. Today, he lives with his wife and four kids in Brazil, has traveled to over 20 countries, and continues to flip properties across the U.S. using the same simple systems he teaches his students.

With hundreds of real deals completed and millions moved in property, Chad now coaches new and experienced flippers through Flips For All Academy and his partnership programs — helping people replace overwhelm with clarity, and confusion with confident action. His approach is intentionally simple, battle-tested, and built around real conversations with real sellers — not complicated formulas or trendy tactics. Chad maintains a low profile in the space because he still actively does deals, teaches what actually works, and believes freedom matters more than scale. His mission is straightforward: help everyday people break free from jobs they’ve outgrown and build a life that gives them time, mobility, and real options — one flip at a time.
