Bree Hartman is a former fitness gym owner turned full-time Commercial Real Estate Investor for Infinite Returns Investments and Storage House Group LLC.

Starting with what she dubbed an "accidental rental," Bree saw a golden opportunity not just to grow her portfolio, but to reshape her life. With the birth of her daughter on the horizon and her sights set on time freedom, she dove headfirst into the self-storage industry in 2021, all while running her gym.

Fast forward 12 months: Bree’s tenacity led her to own two out-of-state self-storage facilities, now boasting 351 units over 83,000 sqft in Louisiana.

Now, Bree is on a mission to teach real estate investors how to break free from the daily grind by finding, funding, and operating their first unmanned self-storage facility—from anywhere in the world.

I aim to inspire my daughter and my students to find a better way to play this game called life.
