Brandon is an experienced corporate/business attorney. He offers focused representation to companies of all sizes, with a special emphasis on start-ups, early-stage, closely held and other private businesses. Leveraging his experience as a law firm partner and corporate in-house counsel, he provides his clients with experienced legal counsel from the perspective of a company executive with bottom line responsibility. He serves as a primary resource and partner in all aspects of his clients’ business growth and development.
Brandon served as in-house counsel for two companies, one privately held, and one publicly held before opening his own practice in 2011, which joined with Kelley & Fulton (West Palm Beach, FL) in 2019 to form Woodward, Kelley, Fulton & Kaplan as it exists today.
Brandon is a former President of the Martin County Bar Association, as well as a past Chairman of the Florida Bar 19 th Circuit Grievance Committee. He holds both the “A-V Preeminent” rating and “Platinum” Client Champion award from the Martindale- Hubbell Peer Review Ratings system, as well as a “Perfect 10 – Superb” rating from AVVO.
Brandon graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law, and Rockhurst University in his hometown of Kansas City, Missouri, where he also served as a summer Clerk for the Honorable Harold L. “Hal” Lowenstein in the U.S. Western District of the Missouri Court of Appeals.
